Welcome to Blue Spring Pool. To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, please read and comply with the following Terms & Conditions. By making a booking, entering, or using the facility, you agree to abide by these rules.
1. General Admission
- All visitors must pay the applicable package fee before entering the premises.
- Guests reserving the pool, event space, or any package must pay the required advance payment to confirm and secure their booking date and time slot.
- Cancellations will be accepted if requested at least 14 days prior to the reserved date. For cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved date, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
- Requests to change the reserved date must be made at least 7 days prior to the original booking date and are subject to availability.
- Requests to change the selected package must be made at least 7 days prior to the reserved date and are subject to availability and any applicable price differences.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.
- In the event of a no-show, the advance payment/deposit will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.
2. Health & Safety
- Guests swim and use pool facilities at their own risk.
- Individuals with contagious illnesses, open wounds, skin infections, or any medical condition that may affect the safety of themselves or others should not enter the pool.
- Guests are encouraged to shower before entering the pool.
- Running, pushing, rough play, diving in restricted areas, and other unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Glass bottles, sharp objects, and hazardous materials are not permitted within the pool area.
- As Blue Spring Pool is located within a natural estate environment, guests should be aware that insects, reptiles, and other wildlife may occasionally be present and should exercise appropriate caution at all times.
3. Children
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of their children.
- Children should use designated play and swimming areas appropriate to their age and ability.
4. Pool Usage
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn while using the pool facilities.
- Management may restrict access to certain areas for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.
- Guests must follow all instructions provided by pool staff and displayed on signage.
- Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied access to the pool and related facilities.
5. Jacuzzi Usage
- The Jacuzzi should be used responsibly and according to posted guidelines.
- Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other health concerns should consult a medical professional before use.
- Children may use the Jacuzzi only under adult supervision and subject to management guidelines.
- Guests should limit Jacuzzi usage to a reasonable duration to avoid health risks associated with prolonged exposure to hot water.
6. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
- Blue Spring Pool is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items.
- Valuable items should not be left unattended.
7. Food & Beverages
- Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking are prohibited in the premises.
- Guests must dispose of waste responsibly and help keep the premises clean.
- Outside catering or food service may require prior approval from management.
8. Estate Environment & Restricted Areas
- Blue Spring Pool is located within a private estate. Guests are permitted to use only the designated areas assigned for visitors and recreational activities.
- Entry into restricted, agricultural, maintenance, staff-only, or undeveloped areas of the estate is strictly prohibited unless authorized by management.
- As the property is situated within a natural estate environment, guests should exercise caution and remain vigilant for insects, reptiles, and other wildlife that may be present.
- Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear when walking around the property and avoid disturbing plants, animals, or natural habitats.
- Blue Spring Pool shall not be responsible for injuries, incidents, or losses resulting from guests entering unauthorized areas or failing to exercise reasonable care within the estate environment.
- Any sightings of potentially dangerous wildlife should be reported immediately to management or staff.
9. Photography & Media
- Guests may take personal photographs and videos provided they do not interfere with the privacy, safety, or enjoyment of other visitors.
- Commercial photography, videography, or drone operations require prior written approval from management.
- Blue Spring Pool may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes only with guests’ consent.
10. Property Damage
- Any guest who intentionally or negligently damages property may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Vandalism, misuse of equipment, or damage to facilities may result in removal from the premises without refund.
11. Liability
- Blue Spring Pool, its owners, management, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, theft, or inconvenience arising from the use of the facilities, except where required by applicable law.
- Guests assume all risks associated with swimming and recreational activities.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that they and members of their group are physically fit to participate in swimming and related activities. The deep end of the pool is 5.5 feet.
12. Weather & Operational Changes
- Management reserves the right to close the pool, suspend activities, or modify operating hours due to weather conditions, maintenance requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Refunds, credits, or rescheduling in such circumstances will be handled at management’s discretion.
13. Right to Amend
- Blue Spring Pool reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the official website and become effective immediately upon publication.
